Refill Policy

FiveM Upvotes refill guarantee — what's covered, the guarantee window, and how to request a refill.

Every upvote campaign includes a refill guarantee so your delivered numbers stay where they should.

What's covered

If upvotes delivered as part of your campaign drop within the guarantee window, we top them back up at no extra cost.

Guarantee window

The window is stated on your package and begins once your campaign reaches Completed. Drops caused by factors outside the campaign (for example, removing your server from the list) are not covered.

How to request a refill

  1. Open a ticket in our Discord or email support.
  2. Include your order ID (e.g. FMU-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX).
  3. We verify the drop and process the refill.

Not covered

  • Drops after the guarantee window ends.
  • Servers removed, renamed or delisted from Cfx.re.
  • Changes you make to your own server's listing.
