Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds and refills apply to FiveM Upvotes orders.

Refills (upvote campaigns)

Every upvote campaign includes a refill guarantee. If delivered upvotes drop within the guarantee window stated for your package, we top them back up at no extra cost. See the Refill Policy doc for the process.

Refunds before delivery

If you have paid but your campaign has not yet started (status: Payment confirmed or earlier in the queue), you may request a full refund.

Refunds after delivery starts

Once a campaign is In progress or Completed, it cannot be refunded, because the service has been performed. Refills under the guarantee still apply.

Situations we don't refund

• Outcomes such as a specific ranking or player count (these are never guaranteed).
• Drops caused by you removing, renaming, or delisting your server.
• Orders where incorrect payment details were provided by the buyer.

Contact [email protected] or open a ticket in our Discord with your order ID (e.g. FMU-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX). We aim to respond promptly.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
