Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FiveM Upvotes ("we", "us") and the website fivem-upvotes.com, and the purchase of our server-promotion services.

1. The service

FiveM Upvotes provides FiveM server-promotion services, including upvote campaigns and related tools. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cfx.re or Rockstar Games.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract to purchase from us.

3. Orders & payment

  • Prices are shown in USD and payable in cryptocurrency.
  • Crypto amounts are calculated at a live exchange rate and locked to your order at checkout.
  • You are responsible for sending the correct amount from the wallet you provide. Network fees are your responsibility.

4. Delivery

Delivery begins after we confirm your payment. Estimated delivery times are shown per package and are best-effort, not guarantees of a specific ranking outcome.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you are authorised to promote the server you submit.
  • You are responsible for your server's compliance with any third-party platform terms, including those of Cfx.re.
  • You must provide accurate contact and payment information.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to attempt to disrupt our systems.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific ranking, player count, or business result. Promotion improves visibility; outcomes depend on your server and content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
