Are bought FiveM upvotes safe for my server?
Delivery itself never touches your server — no keymaster access, no admin login, no files. The real consideration is that manipulating list position runs against the spirit of Cfx.re's platform rules, so the risk sits with the server owner, and pacing matters far more than volume.
What a campaign does and does not touch
A properly run upvote campaign happens entirely outside your infrastructure. There is no reason for a provider to ask for:
- your keymaster or Cfx.re account credentials,
- server admin or RCON access,
- FTP, panel or file access,
- your
server.cfgor licence key.
Anyone asking for those is asking for something the work does not require. That is a straightforward red flag regardless of what else they promise.
The honest part
Buying position on a public list is not something the platform is designed to encourage. We are not going to pretend otherwise, and any provider who tells you it is officially sanctioned is selling you confidence rather than information. The exposure belongs to the server owner, and it is worth going in with that understood.
Why pacing is the practical risk control
Sudden, enormous jumps are what stand out — to the platform and to other server owners who watch the list. Delivery spread over a realistic window looks like what it is meant to look like: a server that is growing. It also holds its position better, because the score's recency weighting keeps being fed rather than spiking once.
Choosing a provider
Practical checks, in order of usefulness:
- Do they ask for access? They should not.
- Do they promise instant thousands? That is a spike, and spikes decay.
- Is there a refill guarantee? Decay is real, and a provider who ignores it is selling you a month.
- Can you verify delivery independently? You should be able to watch your own upvotePower move on any public tracker, including this one.
The short version
The delivery mechanism is low-risk to your server because it never touches it. The policy question is a judgement call that belongs to you. Pace it, verify it independently, and never hand over credentials.
